Preventive Maintenance 008 (งานบริการ 008)
ตรวจเช็คการเผาไหม้ก่อนปรับตั้ง เพื่อเก็บข้อมูล ค่า CO (คาร์บอนมอนออกไซด์), CO2 (คาร์บอนไดออกไซด์), ค่า O2 (ออกซิเจน) , ดูลักษณะของเปลวไฟ (Flame Condition), Gas Pressure, Air Pressure, Efficiency และ Timing
ปรับการเผาไหม้ (Combustion) ของหัวเผา (Burner) ให้อยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์
ตรวจเช็คการเผาไหม้หลังจากทำการปรับตั้ง เพื่อเก็บข้อมูล CO (คาร์บอนมออกไซด์), CO2 (คาร์บอนไดออกไซด์), ค่า O2 (ออกซิเจน) ดูลักษณะของเปลวไฟ (Flame Condition), Gas Pressure, Air Pressure , Efficiency และ Timing อีกครั้ง

งานบริการของหม้อไอน้ำ (Boiler)
Preventive Maintenance 009 (งานบริการ 009)
การทำความสะอาด ด้วยสารเคมี (Chemical Cleaning)
ทำความสะอาดภายในหม้อไอน้ำ เพื่อล้างตะกรันออกจากหม้อไอน้ำ
Blind Flange (บอดปะเก็นหน้าแปลนของอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ)
ประกอบปั๊มเคมีเข้าทาง Blow Down Valve เพื่อเตรียมทำการ Circulate น้ำยาเคมี
เต็ม HCL ผสมน้ำเข้าไปใน Boiler ในอัตราส่วนของน้ำ 1 ตัน/HCL 225 kgs. และผสม Inhibitor ในอัตราส่วน 2-5% ซึ่งเป็นตัวป้องกันกรดกัดผิวเหล็กทำการ Circulate เอาไว้ประมาณ 6-8 ชั่วโมง
Drain น้ำกรดทิ้งและเติมน้ำใหม่โดยผสม Neuter-1 ในอัตราส่วน 2% ทำการ Circulate ประมาณ 1-2 ชั่วโมง แล้ว Drain ทิ้งและเข้าไป Inspect ภายในด้านสัมผัสน้ำ
เติมน้ำและผสม Neuter – 2 ในอัตราส่วน 2-5% ทำการ Circulate ไว้ประมาณ 1-2 ชั่วโมง (ตัวเคลือบผิวเหล็ก)
Drain น้ำทิ้งทั้งหมด ใช้น้ำสะอาดเติมเข้าไป เพื่อทำ Hydro. Test ต่อไป

BOILER BODY
1. Fire Side
1.1 Remove front plate and open the doors of front and rear smoke boxes of boiler for soot if found very sooty, clean smoke tubes
1.2 Inspect refractory by visual
1.3 Check for corrosion of furnace and smoke tube by visual
1.4 Change all gaskets
FEED WATER AND STEAM SYSTEM
1. Cleaning and Check Feed water strainere
2. Inspect feed water valve, flow meter, pressure gauge, check valve, water column, Eletrode and float switch
3. Checking and servicing for feed water pump
4. Inspect main steam valve, blow down valve and steam trap
5. Check main steam pressure gauge
6. Inspect for leakage of all flange and connecting point
FUEL AND COMBUSTION SYSTEM
1. Clean and check fuel oil strainer
2. Check Leakage of fuel system
3. Inspect all valve and flow meter
4. check oil pressure gauge
5. Checking and servicing of fuel oil pump
6. Checking and servicing of oil Heater and steam heater
7. Check Temperature Control valve
8. Check and adjust damper
9. Check force draft fan
10. Cleaning and checking of diffuser, Air guide and fire swirler
11. Cleaning and checking of burner and pilot burner
AUTOMATIC CONTROL AND SAFETY DEVICE
1. Test Safety Valve
2. Test Pressure Switch
3. Test Float Switch, Electrode and water level relay
4. Check air pressure switch
5. Check Ultravision
6. Test interlocking for low oil temperature, miss firing and low water level
7. Test alarm system
8. Test gas Purging system
9. Inspect all relay and contractor
OPERATION
1. Start Boiler and testall operation function

โดยผ่านขั้นตอนการทดสอบ ดังนี้ :-

ทดสอบแรงดันที่ 1.5 เท่า ของแรงดัน
ทดสอบและปรับเกจวัดแรงดัน
ทดสอบวาล์วนิรภัย
ตรวจสอบด้านสัมผัสไฟ
เปิดฝาหน้าหลังทำความสะอาดเขม่าควัน
ตรวจสอบการสึกกร่อนของลูกหมู ท่อไฟเกลียวและท่อไฟตรง
ตรวจสอบรอยรั่วของฝาหน้าและฝาหลัง
เปลี่ยนประเก็นใหม่
ตรวจสอบวัสดุทนไฟทั้งหมด
ตรวจสอบด้านสัมผัสน้ำ
ตรวจสอบความหนาของเปลือกหม้อไอน้ำ
ตรวจสอบความหนาของฝาหน้าและฝาหลัง
ตรวจสอบความหนาของลูกหมู
ตรวจสอบสภาพของท่อไฟเกลียวและท่อไฟตรวจ
ตรวจสอบท่อจ่ายน้ำภายในหม้อไอน้ำ
ตรวจสอบจุดยืดโยงภายในหม้อไอน้ำ
ตรวจสอบช่องคนลอด ทางน้ำเข้าและทางไอน้ำออก
